Welcome to SMS Marketing tutorials. In this video, we'll learn how to set up a text-to-vote campaign.
Login:
- Log in to your dashboard using your credentials.
Access Campaigns:
- Click on "Campaigns" from the dashboard.
Start a New Campaign:
- Click the plus button to create a new campaign.
Select Text-to-Vote:
- Choose "Text to Vote" from the available campaigns.
Campaign Setup:
- Name your campaign for internal organization.
- Define a unique keyword for people to text to cast their votes (minimum four characters).
- Add response choices for voters.
- Set start and end dates and times for the poll.
- Specify the number of votes each participant can cast.
- Enter the voting question.
- Customize other fields as needed.
Save Your Poll:
- Click "Save Poll" to finalize your campaign. Now it's ready to accept votes.
Monitor Responses:
- Monitor real-time voting results as they come in.
- Review responses by clicking on the poll results button.
Access Poll Results on Mobile:
- Find instructions for accessing results from a smartphone or tablet.
- Scan the QR code or send the full results link to your device.
Customize Live Result Display:
- Customize the display for presenting results at events.
- Adjust the look, font size, and color scheme as desired.
Send Poll Invites:
- Use the "Send Poll" button to distribute the poll question and choices to recipients.
